Caretakers NG is a technology-enabled property management and brokerage firm. We are NOT an investment company, financial institution, or licensed money lender.
We act as a bridge, connecting property owners, landlords, and tenants with our network of vetted partners. Any financing solutions or investment-related products mentioned are provided exclusively by our third-party partners and are subject to their independent terms, conditions, and regulatory compliance.
1. Scope of Services
Our services include property marketing, sales facilitation, rent collection automation, and facility maintenance coordination. We do not guarantee specific returns on any property transaction.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding property ownership and financial capacity. Landlords must comply with all local rental laws and regulations in Nigeria.
3. Limitation of Liability
Caretakers NG shall not be held liable for any disputes arising between users and third-party partners, including financial partners or technical contractors. While we vet all partners for quality, the final agreement is between the user and the partner.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
